My husband takes these and claims they work well for him. I took one to try and it worked okay for me so I ordered a bottle for myself. I was concerned about the higher dosage because it left me feeling tired during the afternoon. So I also ordered a different brand in a 15 mg dose of melatonin that has some other ingredients in it that also help with sleep. I actually like the lower dose one better. It doesn’t make me drowsy during the day. I am giving these to my husband.
