Decalen Mens Suspenders Wide Adjustable and Elastic Braces Y Shape with Very Strong Clips Heavy Duty

My new favorite suspenders.Like all men who have some extra padding should, I wear suspenders far more often than belts and have a sizable collection. They are not all created equal. A week after I started wearing these I already want to replace all the rest with these in different colors. I like the stretch (much better than the elastic of some brands), love the clasp (hasn't come undone once even when I was rolling around on the floor fixing some computer wires), and, for pure vanity, I like the fact that I don't have to pull the adjustable clasp all the way to my waist. Besides that, they look good.I'm buying more in different colors.

These suspenders easily adjust to fit both my 5'1" 120lb son and his 6'2" 280lb father. The wide straps stay put and are very comfortable. The sturdy snag-free clips are easy to operate but stay closed and don't slip. I've included a couple of photos of the different clips so you can see how they hold tightly. They are not causing any sort of damage to the fabric of the pants. Open the strap adjustment clips all the way and they slide very easily.

I have a bad back and it hurts mostly on the left low lumbar part of my back. the four clip designs I used forever always hurt that spot on my back and the clips would stretch and be useless within months.These have three points of contact and super strong clips. they are made extremely well and are comfortable too. I love these suspenders, they are a life changer for me as a disabled person. I put the back clip on to the right of middle and then put the front clips on in the normal spots and my back is loving it now. I have more energy, because my pain is reduced by these suspenders.Injured or not these are perfect suspender for anyone. The look is on the fancy side, so some may not like that. But they are quite nice looking suspenders for use with nice clothes and/or suit.Do yourself a favor give these a try, you'll really like them I feel.Alright that's allC.

I have only been wearing this a few days, so the review may be updated if anything changesI have not worn suspenders in 45 years, but belts were not cutting it. Even when I cinched them tight, my pants always slipped down. I guess that is what happens when your belly is bigger than your butt. I am pretty hefty, pushing 300 but I am not very tall at 67 inches. 5 foot 7 for the match challenged :) These are comfortable and do the job well. The clamps hold snugly, but I had a little challenge adjusting them. I expect they would fit taller people pretty easily given their is still plenty to go.The straps are wide and comfortable and they have the feel like they will last a while. I am quite happy

These are my first pair of suspenders. I wanted to keep my pants up without using a belt as a tourniquet to keep them from sagging so suspenders seemed a natural choice. Read many mediocre reviews of suspenders and almost gave up on getting a pair until I came across these. The reviews looked real and in general very positive so I got a pair.The elastic width is just shy of 1 1/2 inches (49 mm) which seemed a good combination of support and shoulder comfort. In fact the straps are very comfortable, even after wearing them almost every day for 3 months. I am careful not to constantly slide the suspenders through the loop on the clasp at angles so fraying of the elastic is not an issue.The clasps are strong. My everyday jeans are Firehose jeans made by Duluth Trading Inc., a heavy weight fabric and the clasps grab well. The suspenders hold up these heavyweight pants very well. On thinner slacks the clasps hold the fabric without popping off' I am 6 feet, 205 lb and a 36 inch waist. I have more than enough suspender for adjustment to my body even though I have a long torso due to an extra lumbar in my back. I still wear a belt but loosely cinched so the belt will support my Smartphone holder.Overall I am very pleased and will be ordering a second pair.

I really do like them. They're comfortable, easily adjustable & hold in place, are attractive, and one is just as good as two in the back. The only real problem I've got with them is the fact that if you snag them on anything, you'll know it. Sometimes cutting it off isn't much of an option. Looks bad but around the house who cares, right? I just wouldn't use them any other way. Sooner or later it will really look bad. I've got a pair from Wal-M for $9 that are holding up better and I use them for working around the house. Of course, they don't look quite as good. Actually, I bought these for "going out in public" so I haven't been working in them. I'm not even sure how I got all the snags. All I know is that it happens. My only other comment is that the "grey" strip on mine looks more "purple". Too bad for me because like I said, I like them. Maybe you won't have a problem snagging like I have.UPDATE: Bought these in Nov2018. It's now April2019. I hardly ever wear them because they look like my cat got a hold of them. She didn't. The snagging I have mentioned continues and they just plain look BAD!!! Every time I do wear them I've got to "trim" the pulls and snags. Frankly, I don't know how they can even keep selling them. I can't be the only one having this problem.

BEST STRONGEST GOOD GRIP QUALITY SUSPENDERS.....I purchased a black pair just to see what they were like. Was so pleased with them, I purchased the hot pink set (they come in several other colors). I use them with my riding breeches. The back is helpful to my instructor since it sits dead center of my spine and waist lines so she can tell from a distance whether I am sitting straight and balanced in the saddle. I also wear a constrasting color belt (bright red) so my riding instructor can also see from a distance whether I am sitting square and balanced on the horse. Best of all.....these suspenders are strong and a comfortable width.....the aren't narrow and do not cut into my shoulders when they stretch. I just wish these were sold in bright yellow and bright orange. Other suspenders of this quality sell for much more money. These are great quality for the price.

Nice size for people that are over 200 lbs. They look great. And the clips hold when closed.

I normally go for button down braces but I am pleasantly surprised these ones have really strong clips. So no slaps up the back of the head!Great braces, nice wide straps, well made.Nb. I'm of average height and weight but prefer braces when working (maintiance, decorating, house remodelling and tree surgery) to prevent over exposure!

Great set of braces for the money They do smell awful but I presume that's some kind of package drying chemical , nothing a wash won't sort , the anchor points are easy to use and sturdy

Don't normally write reviews, but for this I just wanted to say thanks. Only recently did I think about buying some braces, as I find belts hard to wear as I am overweight. Read the reviews and hoped these would work for me, and that they wouldn't come loose. After 2 full days have had zero problems, and feel that look smarter and so more confidence in leaving house. These are very well made and easy to adjust and the clips will bite on like a crocodile. I was experimenting with braces on a suit and these seem to have been a good choice. Wore them to a formal dinner dance and as well as being comfortable because they held the trousers at a more natural position on my waist they seem to be far better at keeping a shirt tucked in- especially if you are dancing. :-)

Good comfortable braces made from a very soft material. Clips haven’t shot off yet after a month of use which I’m pleased about. The only drawback for me is that at 5’7” the adjusters sit on my front shoulder bone and can be irritating as the day wears on.
