Allergic to sunscreen but not anymore!
I sent a question out to the company regarding their product and my skin condition. I could not figure out what was making me break out every single time I lather on sunscreen. So I just avoided it all together. I got a response from Shannon, educating me about Titanium Dioxide which is what most bodies reject because it's a toxin and unapproved by the FDA. Most sunscreens have a small percentage of T2O, even the "sensitive skin" and "baby" ones. With pure Nano Zinc in their product, this is product allows me to enjoy the sun with my friends without the fear of a rash or hives. I was hesitant at first when I tested it out, but all is clear! It is a thick lather so a little goes a long way! Thanks so much!

Great product, just had to use more than expected.
Unfortunately, we can’t use traditional sunscreens due to sensitivity. This product was what we needed, but pay close attention to the size. This product did not spread easily and we had to use more of ham anticipated. Fortunately, no one burned!

So far so good for a super sensitive skin type
I've been searching for sunscreen that doesn't trigger my asthma (I have multiple food, and contact allergies). I am happy so far, although I am still in the testing stages. I've been able to wear it without getting snuffly, and it makes my skin super soft after using it. I also like too that it doesn't release harmful chemicals into the environment. Thanks for making a travel size too so I can carry onto the airplane!

Wow didn't expect it to be so bad....
This sunscreen has incredibly simple ingredients and the idea of having vitamin D in a sunscreen is also very smart (vitamin D can be safely and effectively delivered topically). But it just does not work. First of all, the texture is very thick and hard to spread, so inevitably you will stretch your skin when you apply it on your face, which is bad for delicate areas like under eyes. Second, there are small particles in the sunscreen that scratch my skin as I spread, much like what an physical exfoliator does on my skin, which my sensitive skin can't really take. Third, the white cast makes me look like a kabuki, and it does NOT fade within hours (plz see the pics: 1st pic was after some harsh rubbing, second pic was after applying my foundation). The white cast is so strong that my foundation cannot completely cover it. Also, it is pretty pricy! $17 for 2 oz...Will not recommend to anyone.

You will watch the white cast bead off of you.
You can see it bead off of you the moment water hits your skin. I got extremely sunburnt on vacation because every time I went in the water it was completely gone, and no, I do not burn easily. It is extremely white and looks very obvious when applied. My boyfriend has tan/brown skin and it looked very ashy on him. It leaves a very white cast no matter how much you rub it in and it is very thick. It is swriously unreasonable how expensive it was. Amazon should really carry better biodegradable brands such as Maya Solar (which we ended up buying in country) which is water resistant and has higher SPF for a fraction of the price.

Excellent sun protection
Liked the protection from the sun, spent a week in the FL Keys and due to this product, it's the first time that I didn't burn. It takes a bit more time to rub into the skin so that it does not look white on top of the skin. It's worth the added seconds to apply. Used the wax version also.

Great for small areas, like the elbow!
I mean... this is SO SMALL.

Consider other brands
Pricey and not much more effective than lower priced competing sunblocks.
