Pretty candle lamp. Awful metal color though. When I saw it here, I said, oh, I like that enough where I'd buy it and spray paint it. I scroll down to these reviews and see many others have done the same! The glass panes are held in place by little metal tabs that were easily opened with a flat head screwdriver, and glass slides right out. I used Rustoleum Hammered Black, it gives the metal a slight texture, and the appearance of being a thicker, more elaborate metal. It will only be able to fit a votive or tealight inside, but I wanted more light, so I bought remote controlled battery operated LED 'fairy' lights, they look nice inside to me. The shape is unique, and it is quite large.

I have been collecting Moroccan candle lanterns for a display, and so far, this is the crown jewel of my collection. Absolutely stunning, and quite large. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It can be used with a wax tealight or a battery operated candle, and produces a warm glow. Really beautiful, and very well made.

This lantern is very romantic and can be used in a halloween themed decor. I paired it with a purple morraccan lantern. I was leary about purchasing it since a few bad reviews of it are on here, such as people got the wrong one or it arrived broken. Rest assured, mine arrived safely packed away and beautiful as the pictures I share of it. It glows a little bit of green light, but it looks more olive to me. I love it on my patio

This lantern is BEAUTIFUL in the picture, but the one I received barley had the bottom part attached to it! That was a bit of a bummer, but it's to be expected from lanterns like this that are mass produced (I ran into this problem frequently when ordering "moroccan" lanterns online). I just bent the metal to where it needed to be and gorilla-glued it together. I actually collected a bunch of these, removed the glass and spray painted them black. This lantern made a great center piece. It has a great, unique shape and it was worth the price.

This Hanging Lantern is a great accent piece to add soft colorful glow to the outdoor patio. The metal is flat black with Emerald Green glass. Designs of Stars and rectangle windows cast a soft glow on the ceiling and close walls.We use a tea candle in it but I may put a small stick candle to light it more central in the lantern. Only comes with the ring as show on top. We bought a black plastic link chain to hang it from the ceiling. I've always love the Moroccan style lanterns and this one is just right.

I really like the design of this lantern. The shape is elegant, and the glass is beautiful--it has a raised pattern on it. But the paint job on the rest of the lantern looks terrible. It looks like they didn't completely finish mixing the paint before they painted it. It's a streaky mixture of creamy yellow, white, and pink. It's not something I would like to display in my house as a part of my decor. I decided that the design of the lantern is beautiful enough that it's worth simply repainting it myself to get the look I want from it, but I am disappointed because I thought that I was buying that look to begin with.

Well, it looks as nice in person as it does in the pictures. If you're going for a Moroccan or oriental look, this will fit right in. However, realize this is fairly large (well, larger than what I was expecting, anyway). Looking at it, it looks to be about 18 to 20 inches (45 to 50cm) from ring to bottom tip, so make sure wherever you intend to hang it has clearance.Quality seems impeccable, the glass is securely mounted in the frame, the frame is sturdy and well made metal. The hinged door swings open widely enough to readily accommodate a votive candle holder, and the internal base allows a candle or candle holder to rest comfortably and securely (I've had votive holders stay in place when I thwacked my head on the thing. Did I mention it's big? I need to move it.). The simple latch is effective and unobtrusive. It is expertly packaged with ample cardboard and tissue, and arrived in tact.
