The media could not be loaded.  As you can see from the video this machine is pretty easy to figure out! I found it very easy to assemble and I was pleasantly surprised by the over all quality. I am looking forward to seeing my results with the use of this machine and cleaning up my diet!

First and foremost, if you are inexperienced with this type of machine this is probably not the best first choice. The instructions are sparse and it is hard to find further instruction on the internet. I am a beginner and I was overwhelmed by the machine but I did start using right away. Honestly, I felt I was definitely not qualified to be using the machine at home. I would feel more comfortable if there had at least been picture guides of how to move the attachments for best results and a list of "don'ts." Also, if you are planning to use this at home, please note that it is heavy and takes up quite a bit of room.The machine:Assembly takes just a few minutes. The attachment holder has to be screwed on and each of the tools have a cord to plug in. Based on my research, this machine is more user friendly because all of the tools can be connected to the machine at once rather than having to switch cords with each attachment. Operating is fairly simple with the touch screen display. There is a flash drive included that has an electronic version of the short instruction booklet and a troubleshooting guide. On the guide, it does mention that you can change the kHtz to adjust the noise and vibration of the cavitation attachment by pressing the fat cells picture on the cavitation menu. I found this to be especially helpful because turning up the strength reduced the ringing in my ears. Other than that, I did not find the flash drive to be helpful. RF conduction gel is barely mentioned on the product page but it should be more prominent as it is necessary.Cavitation:I have used the machine for only 2 weeks and I can clearly see the effectiveness of the cavitation in particular. I currently weigh 125 lbs so I was not sure how quickly I would be able to see results. After 10 minutes of use around my navel I could see that it was flatter as soon as I was done. The next day was even better. The bearded boyfriend was away for work for 2 weeks and he immediately noticed when he returned. I have this stubborn donut of fat right around my navel that I really concentrated on and it is much flatter now. Straight up, my gut hasn't been this flat since my early 20's!The cavitation process is a bit overwhelming in the beginning but I got used to it quickly. It makes your ears ring and you can feel a strong buzzing sensation during operation. I tried the cavitation tool on the bearded boyfriend, who has sensitive ears, and he could not stand it for even 30 seconds. For me, it is annoying but not unbearable. The intensity level, pulsing mode, and time can be adjusted to your needs and preferences. After using twice a week for 2 weeks, I weigh exactly the same amount but I am firmer, flatter, and tighter. As recommended, I do use RF gel with all attachments of the machine and drink over a gallon of water the day after in order to flush the fat cells. I am not into working out but I have also incorporated walking just to boost the fat blasting power. At first, the cavitation attachment was my least favorite but now I use it the most because it is so effective.Tripolar RF:RF gel is recommended for this attachment but it can be used without or with oil/cream instead. There is a red LED on this attachment that heats. Once again, the intensity level, pulsing mode, and timer can be adjusted. The three pronged tool is meant to be used on the face to increase circulation and tighten the skin. It mostly feels great but there are occasional shocks, kind of like a strong static shock. I have not seen any improvement on my deep laugh lines but my skin does look and feel tighter and more evenly toned. I love this attachment and use it twice a week.Multipolar RF:Works exactly like the Tripolar but on a bigger scale. I use this one on the back of my thighs to tighten the skin. I also use it to increase blood flow after I cavitate my abdomen. The heat is relaxing and I find it easer to move with RF gel. I have not seen any visible results with this attachment but I find it very relaxing and will continue to use.Vacuum negative pressure:I don't use this attachment much. I find the powerful suction scary, even on the lowest intensity and shortest release time. However, the bearded boyfriend loves it on his back and describes it as similar to cupping.Overall, I am pleased with the machine. It works and can be used in the comfort of your own home. However, I hope the manufacturer will improve the instructions, especially for beginners. I urge anyone unfamiliar with this type of device to watch several videos on YouTube before using. I cannot dispute the cavitation and RF results after using only 10 minutes per area twice a week. The machine lives in my living room where I can tune out the ringing in my ears with Netflix while operating. I am able to reach all the areas I treat myself but it is much easier and more relaxing to have a partner, if possible. I am rating 4 stars for the effectiveness of the device.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent body care device. I love all of the functions on one machine. The directions are very sparse. It’s not that hard to figure out how to use. I like that this saves me space and I don’t need multiple devices anymore. This one does it all. Watch the video to see how it works. Highly recommended
