Actually bought for an adult. We had more fun speaking with this parrot and watchinh him flap his wings. Would definitely recommend.

This thing in hilarious and we (granddaughters, grandparents) have had much fun with its cartoonish echoing or our statements. It is so popular with the children that it sometimes ends up temporarily on a top shelf to give the parents a break for it chattering antics. A fun toy - but use in moderation!!

I got this for my son as a birthday gift. He seems to enjoy his bird. He will walk up to it and say "cheese" real loud and giggles when it copies him 😂 Whenever I turn it off to save battery, I tell him the bird is sleeping. Con: you have to turn it off when your cleaning or moving around a lot because it picks up every noise such as setting books down, putting toys in the bin, closing a door, etc.

He is a colorful little chirp! He repeats you! I gave it to a 2 year old. When he was pitching a fit, the bird imitated him and he stopped instantly! I think I had more fun swearing at it!! Lol. It’s worth the price!
