Add this before your over grip
I like a little bit thicker handle so typically I would wrap one or two over grips around an existing handle. Tried some of this foam out, wrapped a few layers around and then it over grip over the top. I'll never go back. It adds a very slight squish to the handle and really lets your fingers lock in, and absorbs a minimal amount of shock I'm sure as well to prevent tennis elbow. I recommend it to all my friends now.

Good Cushion
Got this as the Racquet grips are not comfortable. Using this as cushion before putting the grip made it worth and we are liking it. Now the grips feel better than before. 1 star missing only due to no instructions and bad packaging.
