All plastic but the screws
I bought it because it said aluminum in the title but there's no aluminum on it. All plastic construction. It actually does say it's plastic in the fine print but I didn't cartch it. My mistake. I'll spend more on a better one and not lose my camera.

it works with the army combat helmet
Im enlisted leaving on a 3 week ect soon so having a proper nvg mount is crucial. I've been reading around and one of the biggest problems with the after market mounts is that it rattles a crap ton. and having it rattle or shake loose while running can really lead to bad footage, esp on a gopro.this was snug and fit very well
