I had high hopes for this product.I was excited to install and try it but unfortunately it is impossible to open the cartridge head!As instructed in the manual it came with, step 1 before installation is to open it and remove the packaging on the inner filter.But...It is sealed shut!! I tried everything and it won't budge.Maybe I have a defective pièce but either way I'm returning this product.

Bought the first unit back in June and installed it. this is my 2nd purchase to replace the filter as recommended.I live in dubai and the first thing i notice after using it is my skin is less dry. definitely worth it.

I liked the fast delivery, easy attachement, and the fact that the product is sturdy. I could feel the difference in washing my hair the first time I tried it. The hair is soft and not at all sticky/dry.

Coming from New Zealand where we don't have hard water, my hair never felt clean and my skin was drying out. Also bought a clarifying shampoo and conditioner which would have helped, but would recommend this product as a cheaper alternative to the likes of Jolie, Afina etcMain downside is shower pressure is affected, which is only really annoying when washing my hair, but nothing so drastic that I can't remove product efficiently.
