I like the thermometer, but it is not very accurate. We tried it several times and the reading for the same person at the same time was different by about one to two degrees. But I will keep it since it still gives me an idea of whether or not the child has a fever. Save your $$-DO NOT BUY THIS!! First it came with dead batteries. Took me 10min to figure out that error code as it wasn't listed in the book. The ear method DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. My temp is at 68-70 deg every time I take it in my ear. The forehead method is not consistent. I never get the same reading-NOT EVEN CLOSE-twice.Save your money. This is a piece of crap.

I like that I can use it for my child easily, and also use it on myself.

Company got a hold of me due to my bad review. Issue still not resolved as of 16 May 2017. Emailed my phone number as requested. No response.Tried to use this in the ear mode. Took off the cover and the thing fell apart. Waste of money. Wish I could post a photo.

Item not as described. Description states 3-in-one but the packaging states dual function. This item measures tympanic and temporal temperatures, however it is not a "non contact" infrared forehead device. I returned the item with free shipping and received a speedy refund.

TerribleCan't read it at all. Instructions unreadable. Gets stuck in last temp reading. Garbage

Works beautifully. No need to touch the skin..great for sleeping children just to make sure fever is at bay..
