I've been using this laptop for a couple of months and am relatively pleased with the performance of this machine.Pros:The screen is fairly good quality for a computer of this price. Bright, with no dead pixels and a resolution of 2560 x 1440, and a refresh rate of 240 HzBattery life is very good. I can get near 7 hours of use on a single charge when just doing normal web browsing. Doing anything more intense, such as playing a game or watching a movie will obviously drain the battery more quickly.The hinge is also quite good - not too difficult to open but retaining the display in the desired position without tending to slideThe trackpad is okay. Not the best I've used in terms of accuracy and tap areas, but not the worst either (looking at you HP...)The keyboard is adequate. Standard chiclet keys that do the job.Comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled and configured. I'm not a fan of Windows, but this does provide a convenience level for most people who don't have the technical capability to mess around with operating systems.It also comes with Microsoft Office preinstalled and properly licensed, which is pretty uncommon in my experience as this is usually a paid add on for most prebuilt computers.Cons:It runs quite warm, even when under light useIt's on the heavy side, so maybe less portable than other laptopsThe keyboard includes a 10-key number pad, which is fine, but the trackpad is centered on the regular keyboard, so it's offset from the middle of the laptop as a whole. This results in an awkward arm angle when using it in your lap as you have to reach past the center line of the computer to use the left button (when using your right hand).Bottom line: for the price, this is a relatively good computer. Good enough for light gaming and photo editing. I wouldn't try playing any brand new, graphics intensive games on it, but for most non-hardcore gamers, this will do fine. As a normal web surfing, watching the occasional movie device, this does well and I'd recommend it to most of my family and friends.

We've been looking for a portable laptop to bring with us to a cafe or while traveling, and the specs on this little machine ticked off a lot of boxes: 1) well performing 4105 Celeron chip; 2) sufficient RAM (12g vs the typical 6g or 8g on lesser mini laptops); 3) good storage (256g should be sufficient for most and was the model we got); 4) good connectivity (two USB 3.0, mini-HDMI, TF card slot); and 5) good battery life. This was perfect for our needs and came in a very light, responsive package. Most important for us was to have Windows 11 loaded and legitimate, and super convenient to also have Microsoft Office pre-installed so we didn't have to pay more for that productivity suite later on.This little thing was wonderful, and we only have two suggestions for future improvements: a) the mouse buttons were a bit too close to the space bar and frequently were mis-hit while typing leading to some deletions or unintended text; and b) perhaps switch out one of the USB 3.0's for a USB type C port, which is more common these days. Bonus points to make it chargeable via that port to standardize the charging block. For (a), the seller helpfully includes a wireless mouse so you no longer have to use the keyboard mouse. What a great bonus!We had a problem with the mouse on the keyboard, and contacted the seller. They were responsive and responded within a day to try to trouble shoot and solve the problem. Be reassured that if you purchase this unit via Amazon Prime you will have customer support to work through issues and come up with a solution.

I don't enjoy negative reviews and this is not my intention. When we received this laptop it worked well for the first 72 hours. We noticed that the response time started lagging as if the wi-fi signal was weakening or getting lost. I had my 'IT' buddy take a look as this is foreign to me and my grandson. He thought there might be problems with a specific card or some sort of connectivity concerns. It was 24 hours later and the keyboard locked up. We were able to work the keyboard on the screen but not the actual keyboard. Since we also ordered the insurance offered, the technician tried to assist us through a set of directions to reset the laptop. Unfortunately this didn't work. We returned the laptop for exchange but there were no more available. The return was easy with no issues but we were disappointed. The three stars was for the short time it worked. Sorry! :(

I use this PC for operating my portable Amateur radio station. Speed is good, plenty of memory, and the battery has held up well thus far. It is extremely well built and performs better than I expected. This a really cool super small laptop with Windows 11 pro. The touch screen works flawlessly. It boots really fast . All in all so far I haven’t had any issues or any glitches to deal with .
