My nephew is very into farming equipment. He regularly draws Cranes, Combines, Excavator's, bulldozers, and other various equipment. He reads books and is glued to the window every year when the farm field across from his house is harvesting and planting.When he opened this gift from me it was like I was suddenly the greatest person in the world. All books and random shoes received were pushed aside and this box couldn't be opened fast enough.Once assembled and the battery working (I charged beforehand) the little excavator was moving and doing everything expected. My nephew picked up on the simple controls fairly quickly (having never owned a remote control anything) and we were off! Fortunately Christmas this year was a warm day as we were able to go outside and find loose materials to move from one spot to another. I prepared ahead of time with a small container of loose dirt that I needed spread in a low spot in the yard.The excavator did as best as it's little frame could do. There were a few loads it couldn't pick up due to the weight of the load but the very fine material was scooped and moved and it did everything expected. It has yet to break with regular use (although my nephew is very careful with his toys) and was a great gift overall. The only bad thing about it that I can think of is the light on the toy. It's extremely bright and hurts your eyes if you happen to catch it in your vision. Other than that I have no complaints and neither does my nephew!

I like it because my little boy likes it,he is a little impatient when it comes to waiting for the battery to charge,but he's happy,great price too

My 11 year old son loves the escavator, it operates easily and seams to be durable.

So far so good. My son love it!! I even play with it and is pretty cool!!
