Mintfoot Clear Metatarsal Pads - 2 Pieces - Gel Foot Cushions - One Size - Rapid Foot Pain Relief

I love to dance and tend to be on my feet for hours at a time. I needed something to cushion my tired feet and these pads did just the trick. I have used them for several dance sessions and can already feel the difference! The pads are nice and thin so they don't make my shoes to tight but they provide plenty of support. They are easy to use and stay in place very nicely.

I place the pad on the bottom of my insole and it is perfect. It releaved the pressure from the Metatarsal bones and stayed in place. I had to have ankle reconstruction surgery and loosening of my Achilles tendon in my calf. Well after the surgery there were complications and my toe has dropped from my tendon. I have to wear a Metatarsal pad with Arch support in my shoes. These were exactly what I needed. My foot was much more comfortable with the pad foresure.

These took a while to get used to, but after time they seem to really work. Only negative is they get really dirty, you can wash them, but they don't get completely clean and do not remain sticky enough. But they work and that made me happy.

Wow! What a difference these made in just one day! After wearing a certain pair of heels all day at work, my feet would be killing me by 5pm! After putting these in that pair of shoes, I could have left them on for hours more!

Thought this pads are supposed to be adhered to my foot directly. But the instruction came with the pads indicates to place each on the shoe sole.So I did and played golf for 18 holes with the shoes on. Well, pads moved around, instead of remaining on the spot I placed. Still looking for a better product.

Nice idea but the adhesive isn't any good. It's supposed to stick to your shoe and after wearing my shoe only a couple of times and for short periods on time the adhesive was toast. The pad is decent and seemed to maybe help with comfort, but the description seemed to indicate you could even move from one shoe to another and stick them in place. I was skeptical but checked them out anyway. Mildly disappointed.

These pads are intended to stick to your insoles inside your shoe, I understand. So to get them in the right place on the insole for best fit and feel, I remove the insoles, place the on the insole and stand on the insole and move them around until feel is right. Slip the insole back into the shoe. Cool! Until you put your foot into the shoe and then the little pads roll up in a bunch. The ribs running horizontal across the top catch your socks and don't stay in place. Maybe if I wore nylons, they might stay but with cotton or wool socks, nope...What I've done is turn them upside down and use the left one on the right foot by sticking them to the skin and the right one the same way on the left foot. This seems to work fairly well. I hope the adhesive on these is not carcinogenic.. This is not how they are intended to be used.I wonder if those who design, market and sell this stuff ever, ever try it out.Many items I've purchased seem to be lemons and I simply feel like I was the first one who tried it out.Come on Amazon!
