Unfortunately, within just a year of use, the bags have developed significant issues — including broken handles and collapsed wheels — which have rendered them unusable.As a customer who trusted your brand for quality and durability, this experience has been quite disheartening. I expected the luggage to last for a reasonable period, especially considering it was used under normal travel conditions.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the possibility of a warranty claim or any support you can offer in this regard.Looking forward to your prompt response.

Worst quality.... Handle came off on first use.
Product is completely shoddy and the handle of the biggest bag just came off on first use. Will not recommend buying Para John at all
