Great solution!!
It was very difficult for our band kid to play her horn after getting braces and these were a life saver!! Definitely a great solution!

Don't waste your money
Unfortunately, this product does not work. It's a great idea but the material they use is terrible. It's hard plastic, so it doesn't fit at all and it's super hard, bulky and uncomfortable. Had they done it in silicone, this would be much better and suitable.

Overpriced, not effective, makes no sense
This works on the basis that all brackets are equidistant which would beg the question, ‘ why would you have braces if your teeth are straight already?’. I have one gap so on the whole I was able to attach to my teeth but where it was misaligned I had to cut off the little pegs that clip on the the wire where they were lining up with brackets incorrectly. So having modified the device and gone to bed looking like a professional boxer with a Mouthguard, I realised that the device is too straight and sharp-edged. This means it protrudes into my cheeks and causes soreness more than the braces!!I initially bought a very cheap alternative from an musical shop in the UK for around £10. But the plastic had a taste. This £40 version took so long to arrive that the plastic taste had gone from the original guard by the time this had arrived. I now rely on the guard and resent this one a bit!Not worth it. Despite what your sore cheeks tell you!

Did not work
I bought this for my son so he can play his instrument more comfortably without pain. This lip guard kept falling out of his mouth so this didn’t work for us. The product we received is what is advertised so nothing was wrong with the product itself.
