Mixed but overall good. MUST use headphone extender. For the price, recommend.
At half the price of the next major competitor making waterproof cases, I really wanted to like it. After receiving it and playing around with the fit and finish, so to speak, it initially was a pita. Took some wiggling and jiggling to get it to fit right, but in the end, the fit was acceptable. I have done everything according to the instructions, but there was still a tiny amount of space between the screen protector and the Ipad screen itself. Not the biggest deal, and I could live with it. Also, the buttons, especially the power, initially did not line up well, and that made the case turn the Ipad on and off on its own. After taking it in and out of the case several times I also got that to where it almost did not happen. So, don't give up, it takes a little while to break the case in for a better fit.I discovered that the headphones hole is so small, even the thinnest headphone plug CANNOT fit in it. I own a number of head phones, and tried them all. I have ones that are as thin as they get, and they are STILL too thick for the hole. The solution was a short, ultrathin headphone extender. It has to be VERY thin to fit. Annoying but a good workaround. They could make the hole quite a bit bigger so not sure why they did that.Other things that keep it from being a 4-5 star product are:- There is a tiny amount of space between the screen and the built in screen protector. The amount is so tiny, the toucscreen is hardly affected, BUT, any moisture in the air will tend to create spots on the screen as you use it. It is a common problem, and it is not as bad as it sounds, but I feel it needs to be addressed. I have a Seidio case that really has a perfect fit to the screen with NO space and I would like to see this case match that, which it doesn't. I may try to put a screen protector on the ipad first, and then put it back in the case, on the theory that the screen protector will take up the space between the ipad the built-in screen protector.- The flaps that cover the ports are attached as part of the case, and are not replaceble like they are on, say , Seidio products. If you break one off, you could not simply attach another one.Overall, if you can live with annoyances I have described and only have $50 to spend, you cannot, right now, go better than this case for the amount of protection it gives you. I was looking at Lifeproof but at $100, it was not worth twice the price of this one. I feel confident that if I drop the ipad or get it wet, I will not damage it. This protector is a tank! I don't baby my electronics, and it is sure to get dropped eventually.Customer service is also great and VERY proactive. My inquiries were answered nearly instantly and suggestions/solutions provided. This company really cares about how their products are received. I am hoping they will make an improved case, but this one is pretty good as it is.

Ultraproof LIFETIME WARRANTY is a JOKE, it's CONDITIONAL and DOES NOT COVER their MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVENESSES !!!!

... arrived on time and fits my iPad Air 2 like a glove
I am amending my review because the case is not made for an iPad Air 2 despite confusing language in the product description that says the case fits "any version of Apple iPad Air." The new iPad Air is 17 percent thinner so while the overall dimensions may be correct, there's too much play between the cover and the screen, which affects iPad responsiveness. I didn't notice this at first because I have been using a Bluetooth keyboard with my iPad and haven't had it that long. In general, I can tell you that this is a very well-made case. Unlike other cases, this one is not bulky. It's really easy to take on and off. The design is sleek and light. I particularly like that I can see the Apple logo of my device through the back of the case. I can't speak to durability or waterproofing since I haven't gone swimming with it, intentionally or otherwise. The only thing I don't like is that I have to remove the case to attach my iPad to my Logitech keyboard and to use the finger scan. But fortunately that's easy to do. I recommend this product highly even if you're a fan of Otter cases, which I am.
