While these shoes look great, and have the usual excellent New Balance build, there is one design flaw. The heel is designed such that when walking on a smooth surface, it often creates a suction-cup effect. It's not strong, but it is noticeable physically and audibly. The sound, oddly, sounds like a hip-joint popping. It's not the kind of attention I want to get from my shoes. (sound up for the video)

Comfortable, for this model you should order a little bigger size than normal. Overall is perfect, I will order another color in the future.
