I have an underactive thyroid and have been adding selenium rich foods to my diet and Brazil nuts are a great option. These are roasted and salted to perfection, so good! I've really enjoyed these. I may alternate using raw Brazil nuts too, these are a little pricey but worth it. Also, I love that I can contribute to preserving the rainforest through this company. I love that they are a company full of purpose with a high quality product

these were a few more dollars than other brands, but worth it as they tasted very fresh, not a lot of peel or trash , very clean and fresh you can taste the difference between other brands.

I have bought several times, love to keep for an occasional snack of one or two nuts. I would give it a five star as the flavor is wonderful - except in my last purchase I grabbed one or two nuts and without looking stuck them into my mouth and started chewing away. I was greeted by a horrible ammonia style flavor and had to spit it out. Something was wrong - maybe I would have spotted a bad nut if I had looked more closely before consuming. This is the first time this has happened after three or four bags of superb product. I will be ordering more and will monitor whether the bad nut reappears. I hope not as I really do enjoy these nuts in spite of the price.

I have been consistently ordering this brand of Brazil nuts for over a year and they are always perfectly fresh. They are never crushed or stale. I used to take a low dose Thyroid medication but now I know that Brazil nuts are a fabulous source of selenium, so I make sure to have 2 per day.

Excellent product, but they put the freshness date on the part of the bag that gets discarded after you open it. Be sure to write it on the bag if you don't think you will use them all within that time period.
