Meow Meow Tweet Lavender Bergamot Deodorant Stick

I have been using natural deodorants for over a year now and have probably tried at least 10 different options. I first discovered Meow Meow Tweet by getting it in a beauty subscription box but it was the jar. I loved the formula and how well it worked but application was messy and a bit difficult as I found the least messy way was to use the back side of a spoon. I am so happy I tried the stick! The sent is amazing, application is a breeze, I had ZERO irritation and it WORKS! I am a very active person and a runner and this keeps up with my active lifestyle. I highly recommend this produc and love that they have eco friendly packaging as well. After a year of searching I have finally found my a deodorant option that works.

For the price I paid for this product, I am fairly disappointed. The product comes in a cardboard applicator, which I have yet to get to work....even after warming it up.....I am unable to push up the product and I have resorted to using my finger to apply this deodorant to my underarms. It works "okay." I've used longer lasting natural deodorants. I was attracted to this product because of the cat "theme" and my love for lavender and bergamot. The cardboard smell is more pronounced that lavender and bergamot. Will not be a repeat customer.

I really want to love this product but I just can't. 1st, what I got wasn't what the picture showed, which was a normal deodorant stick. I got a small, round stick that was way smaller than the picture. Not a big deal though. 2nd, the whole thing was made of cardboard. Okay, that's fine, but not what the product portrayed. Again, not the end of the world. But from here it goes downhill...3rd, I can't get it out of the stick. I've followed the instructions, push from the buttom. No go. The only way I was able to push the deodorant up, was by placing it over the handle of a hammer and pulling down as hard as I could (and I'm pretty cut). It barely came out. Like barely. 4th and last, it didn't spread. Again, followed instructions. Let it warm up in my hands, against my skin, in my dang hot armpit. 5 minutes of trying to heat this stick so it spreads, and nothing. So to use it, I have to McGuyver a hammer pull technique and dot and twist it onto my pits. Wtf. $20 spent on this tiny deodorant stick that I can barely use. I'm so bummed! I've been using Toms, which I love, but I wanted a bit more coverage. And I feel like this would give it big time... but it shouldn't be that hard to put on deodorant.

I was apprehensive about this working as I've tried other natural deodorants before and was not happy with the products' effectiveness. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this lovely smelling Lavender Bergamot product. I waited a week to write this review including summer hot days and a yoga class. I didn't stink, yay! It wasn't irritating. It's pricey, but I'm going to buy this again.

I had developed a rash under my arms and the dermatologist requested that I find a natural deodorant. After reading the reviews, I gave this a shot and it’s great! There are times that I might feel a little moist (ewww, I know that word is weird) but I never smelled bad, even keeps me smelling clean and fresh through sweaty workouts.
