So yummy on aged cheese.

Absolutely delicious preserves! Super fresh and extremely flavorful, these guys have mastered the art of blending peppers and fruit to achieve perfectly balanced flavors. The strawberries and anchos don't compete but rather complement each other very nicely. The heat is very mild, so everyone should be able to enjoy these. It's a wonderful accompaniment to a cheese plate but also works well just on crackers. Just delicious!

My wife and I picked up a jar of this for a dinner with friends that were in town a few weeks ago. We pulled out some crackers and some whipped goat cheese and within 30 minutes the jar was completely gone. I can be a wimp with spice and this was the perfect harmony of spice and sweet fruit. We are very excited to check out their other flavors.

Delicious. Tried it really simply first, on Nut Thins with an aged white cheddar I got at Costco, but toward the end of the jar I decided to pan-fry some turkey and glaze it with these preserves. Sourdough bread, and melted St Augur (Whole Foods). I was sorry I was at the bottom of the jar, then.
