Product is light weight and easy to install, Compared to the ones with wooden frames. We have five teenagers, so between the seven of us, and the dog, we slid it right into place. We're efficient like that.Not quite a plug and play as we had to hire an electrician to install the proper outlet. Which means the description was a bit misleading and the instruction booklet a little confusing. However, I won't put all the blame there. After all, I'm human. So it could've been user error. Who knows!What I do know is that I love this giant bathtub with multiple massaging jets. I float around like I'm doing circuit training at the gym. A few minutes here, a few minutes there. There's six seats, so the opportunities are endless!One favorite aspect is the curve on the top. It welcomes and supports your butt perfectly when you feel overheated and need to sit out for a moment.I'm 5'1. Although the full lounge seat is great, I have to hold myself up to keep my mouth out of the water. So it's not my favorite spot. All in all, I'll order it again in my next life. Oh and the lights are cool. Makes ya feel like a real mermaid!

Circuit board to heater jumper connection is OOS due to what looks like a burnt circuit board.Got my cover. Works pretty good, kinda low on jet pressure and I would have placed jets differently. I guess a little person would align with the engineering on this model. Had small leak at lite inlet I tightened and it stopped. Very happy so far

I was excited to purchase this brand because they advertised made in the USA only to be disappointed in the condition it was packaged. There was many stickers on it not to use a knife when opening so we took extra care to remove everything by hand only to see the top came already damaged. The screws and clips were just thrown inside the tub instead of in a package, I even found some in the filter area so hoping none went down those hoses. As far as working it hooked up easy and heated up in about 12 hours. I would not purchase from this company again due to the lack of care they took in packaging it but hoping that doesn’t reflect on the quality of the tun also.

The cover had slight damage (there was a hole) to it during shipment but is still functional. There was a cracked jet and originally the Heat was not working because of low flow. I emailed the manufacture and the made a ticket. two weeks later a service tech came out. They have to order the part for the jet but the heater is working now. Tech was good and it is functional now, just have a slit leak until new part comes in.Other complaint was I had an Electrician hook it up but the instructions were vague so the jumper did not get switched over till later. The instruction tell you to have a GFIC 240 power but it has many different ways on different hot tubs to hook up. Mine apparently stays 110 unless you switch a white wire jumper to the second hot. For those of you who don't know white wires usually are a neutral/Ground not a hot wire color so the electrician did not want to short out my board switching one of their wires. Should have been more information on that in the instructions, to include color pictures. Other than that I do like it.

Inside is very rough, doesn’t cycle enough to clean water, pump wasn’t clamped so it leaked in my room

Very good value for the money, and a very easy install. I was hesitant on ordering due to the low feedback but the price won me over. Very happy with this hot tub. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for no communication from the seller. It would have been much better to have the manual before delivery, and even better to have a manual for this specific hot tub and not a generalized manual. Still happy with this purchase and have no regrets. No problems with the tub or delivery. This is curbside so don't expect the final mile shippers to carry it around your house and you should be fine. Also, read the manual this has antifreeze in the lines so ensure you fill and drain, then refill before first use. 240 volt, 30 amp system with a single 2 stage pump and ozonator. Includes water feature that is a little water fall. Video and pics included. Great product and would recommend to family and friends
