The panel was simple to install on my feeder. I took the alligator clips off to feed the wire through the controll box. If I was doing it again I would just cut the wires an splice them back together it would be easier than reinstalling the clips. But the panel works great I've had it out over a month now in this cold winter an the battery is full .Sure beats exchanging battery's every few weeks. I should have bought 1 years ago . I'm very happy with this panel .Keep the snow off it an you shouldn't have any problems. I love it

Replaced a dying panel. Kit has all you need but if yours is wired to a spade lug you need ot cut off the clips.

Bought this to keep the battery on my atv charged. Sadly, I don't get the chance to go trail riding as often as I would like, so my atv spends months at a time just sitting. Doesn't have a very big battery, and even though there is no parasitic drain, letting batteries sit and discharge for months at a time is not good for them. Since buying this, I have not had to charge the battery before riding. I hook this to the battery when I'm not riding it, and even though it only gets morning sun, it keeps my battery charged. Along with using gas stabilizer, this has ensured that I can fire it up with no problem, even after 6 months of no use.
