Pues realmente, no me gusta opinar mal de los productos, pero este en particular el diseño de la tapa no encaja, viene torcida, tarda hora:20 minutos en calentar la cera, pero si lo recomendaría para uso casero,

I Don’t recommend this product, first time and only time I used it it scolded my hand. I bought this product to help my hands feel better because I have dupuytrens contracture, there is NO way I can use this product. I want to return it but I’m 2 days past the return date.The wax holder isn’t deep enough. Don’t waste your money on this product!!!!

Took a long time to heat the wax to melting, which is OK, but then way to hot? Now, UNPLUG IT? and WAIT for the desired temperature to be reached, REALLY? not in the least convenient to use, also no control to keep it at the desired temperature either. So each time you use it this is the process. Not acceptable. Have asked if I can return it, and haven't heard back from the verdor.

This is nowhere near my original waxer made by Conair. Very small. The wax doesn’t even peel off like my original one. I’ll buy more wax at the beauty shop to see if is any better. Temperature settings extremely hot or not hot enough not a good purchase

Liked the way it feels on hand, however takes all the wax provided to dip your hand, then takes 40ish mins to melt and then has too cool. Not convenient for me.
