works great. My youngest still uses the wii we have all the time. He's love it and destroyed one of the controller sets (don't ask) which meant his brother couldn't play with him when the youngest got a new skylanders game. Ordered this set and it worked perfectly, been several months with no issues.

As an affordable alternative this works okay. Can be a little jumpy, and doesn't always register "exactly" where you're pointing, but functions well using directional pad and a/b buttons.
