Exactly what we wanted.

My boyfriend has some mobility problems, and he had a difficult time carrying a cup of coffee into the family room without spilling it. I researched all kinds of cups/mugs because he wanted it to be microwavable so he could reheat coffee, if needed. I came across this cup/mug and decided to order; it arrived packed well in a 2 pack. My boyfriend loves it.! He can microwave it, put the top on and it is very secure. He hasn't spilled a drop since he received these!

They hold liquids the way that you hope they will. The lid seals well.

They get a little too hot in micro, but they are wonderful for soups, etc., and the lid is great to use when not consuming all contents at once, and great for travel.

Wanted to make this review because there are so many negative reviews talking about bad packaging. So glad I decided to take a chance on these. They were packaged really well, both came intact. Used them so far for soup and oatmeal. They are more on the heavier side so wouldnt recommend holding it from the handle for an entire meal but a good alternative to regular tupperware. The lid latches well but do notice a bit of a spill, nothing crazy. Doesnt bother me. Especially since i use it more for fruit and oatmeal rather than soups.

Expensive set, but does the job. The lids stain if you cook anything tomato-based in it.

I have been using these Corning Ware soup mugs for years. They are so convenient and simple to use. Each holds perfectly a can of soup. Just pop them in the microwave oven and eat. Now that CW has multiple colors from which to choose, it adds another dimension to their value.

Bought for my parents as the y are elderly for there food and easy for them to hang on to and can use in microwave.
