I am writing this here as i could not find any direct chat session with the customer care service. Recently i ordered fogg master agar 150ml pack from amazone and today i got my product delivered, . while checking the package i found that there are some scratches and dents on the bottle being sign for the product was mishandled and qty of the product was only 120 ml instead of just 150ml that i ordered.Immediately i phoned customer service person and informed my issue soon after they cheked the complaint i received a reply saying "you can keep the product and the cost incurred will be refunded within 3 working days"It first made me happy but now i feel regret for that, coz we do know you are dealing with whopping number of customers daily and these type small mistakes can happen and be glossed over without any hesitations. Its only this time i am upset with you and iam extremely happy with all the other 50+ deliveries i received from you and as mentioned this kind of mistakes can be excused. So you can deliver the product in the correct qty and take back this, no need for refunds.Delivery was in time and product quality is good. Thank you amazone... One of you loyal customers.
