Great product. value for money.
Pros: great product and value for money. Handles can be disassembled easily if needed. Customer support was prompt to call.Hatsoff to customer service for prompt resolution of bicycle bearing repair work.Really, their customer service and product is world class.Cons: The instruction sheet can be slightly more detailed with bigger pictures of how to assemble nut bolts etc. This is an only a minor nuisance.Overall working really well.

Good Quality, value for money.
Writing this review after using the product for a week. Called customer care number after delivery,company technician visited same day of call and assembled cycle in an hour. Assembly is free. Exercise Cycle is made of good quality material. Operates without much noise. Back support is decent. Seat is little bit hard and it will take some time to adjust.got it on prime day with very good deal.

Works well!!!
First of all, the color of the back support didn't match with the description and secondly the back support didn't fit at all. After calling their pathetic support team, they didn't reply on time and finally after continuous reminder, they said you can get it fixed from outside (Kheraat).Update - The customer care support immediately contacted me after this review and helps in resolving the issue. So far the machine is running smoothly.

The steel used, the plastic parts, everything about this product is ridiculous and low standard
It started with me trying to assemble this product when I realised it’s not even sitting even on the floor and few screws were missing. Giving Amazon the benefit of doubt, I asked for a replacement of same item. Turns out the new product was even worse. The main plastic holding the wheel was cracked, the left side handle was bent and could not be fixed to the body, one of the main screws which is not a regular one was missing, I finally decided to not go with this brand and also not trust Amazon with expensive products. U can jus buy product less than 2k on Amazon. All in all worst plastic and steel used to build this product.

Value for money
It is easy to assemble. Good quality product at a reasonable price i.e. Rs.6790/-. Follow up by the manufacturer is good. They called me thrice. I could not talk to them. They sent me WhatsApp message. Really good follow up for customer service. 👍😃
