I truly appreciate how quickly the bike was shipped to my address and to add on assembly was really simple I took my time and got the bike up and running in 5 hours taking it for spin in the fields it's great and I hope it lasts me a while as my new daily driver. The only bad side I was told that I would get contacted to coordinate the drop off with The bike. Instead it was just dropped off without any announcement and I had to check the tracking number to find out it was delivered. Other than that small hiccup I'm a happy customer.

$900 in repairs to assemble and get running. Had to change the air filter because the air filter is garbage and the carburetor is a joke starving the engine for oxygen. Gas tank was dented. All of the factory tightened fasteners were dangerously loose. The turning signal beep is obnoxiously loud so I disabled that. It doesn't catch first gear smoothly in the friction zone so starting is a challenge and embarrassing when it stalls out at red traffic lights.

Can't believe what you get for the price. It is better then expected. But you will have a call more than once to get paperwork and haven't gotten parts to fix 1 back broken tail light that it came with. Called twice so far. Maybe 3 x is the charm. Took 2 calls to get paperwork. But bike is great. Haven't finished adjustments and oil change wet. So haven't started it yet. Need light to license.

It took me a while to realize I needed to call my VIN# in before they would ship the title. Once I called Smart Deals, they handled the issue quickly.

From my experience with Tao Motor if you're getting it new in the box is better to buy a tested and ready because my came with electrical power issues I'm still dealing with trying to replacement or returning for a full refund. The Motorcycle looks good mechanically everything is fully functional but somehow the wiring is not good the switch with the odometer & head lights turns off turning the entire motorcycle off while driving I have checked for bad connections checked spark plug the regulator seems to be new and well connected I've checked every component my conclusion is this motorcycle should be disassemble and rewired completely either cables are touching or the wiring was mistaken done on the factory 🏭

Did not come with instructions but there are plenty of videos and blogs online from other owners.The instructions for care I got when I called to get the title were for a scooter and the oil they recommended is not the same as the owner's manual. That was confusing and I hope they are sending the correct title.The bike itself is tall and I am going to lower the shock a little. Replacing the chain as well since it was highly recommended by most of the people online.Would be 5 stars except for the lack of instructions.

Went together relatively easy , seems to be a good value for what was spent $$, got it together in a few hours & was able to take it for a quick ride , handles pretty good, will see how it does as a daily commuter .

Item arrived damaged and part's broken, can't currently use the motorcycle due to the throttle cable being broken and clutch was bent.
