Great product. Does not actually dry my long/thick wet hair but does speed up drying damp hair considerably !! So glad I have this product in my arsenal.

Best flat iron I ever brought ! I have curly Spanish hair I would say 3b 3c and this straighter did the job perfect and quickly I'm used to waking up in the the morning with my hair curled and frizzy again some what and this does not happen ! I was shocked it was still super straight and shiny like I had a keratin treatment done love it awesome I would say buy it !

I bought one of these flat irons from flatironexperts.com about 4 years ago. I have wavy/curly hair that is naturally frizzy and dry. I have used this flat iron a couple times a week on damp, partially dried hair for the last 4 years and it is still going strong. I would recommend this to anyone with curly or frizzy hair. Just don't use it on completely wet or only towel dried hair because the steam it emits can burn your hands. I usually wait for my hair to dry halfway or I blow dry a little first for best results. Still, it saves time and takes me only 20 minutes to go for curly and damp to straight, dry and frizz free.

I use it on my slightly damp hair when I get to work(I don't have time after my shower to get to work). 10 minutes and I have straight hair from curly damp hair! The straight stays all day even if I sweat a little. My hair would curl up a bit around my forehead when I used my chi! I would definitely suggest this iron for people on the go with little time to blow dry and then straighten. Also works on dry hair!

Was amazing at first but gets kinda worn down and works at a lower level after about the second week

I ordered the wet/dry black one just as shown on the picture but what I received what a regular Babyliss Avanti in silver.The two irons are totally different with a big price difference so I’m not sure what they were trying to do. Returning it ASAP.

After using it for about a week. The digital numbers started at 450 but now it only goes up to 230. I'm not to happy for I paid 169.00 for it. It's not worth sending it back. And yes, it dose pull the hair a bit. It still dries my hair and does it's job, but not as good as the first week. It's not what I expected...

My fav iron EVER was discontinued so I purchase this one because its the one my stylist uses and it is pretty affordable for a quality iron.I have only used it a few times so far but I like it; I dont think it does as much of a good job as my previous iron which was ceramic + silicone strips but most people will enjoy it. If you use your iron to curl; this one takes a little more time to get used to because of its shape and width.

To clear something up - avanti MAKES croc and this straightener is almost the exact same - just a better price point. It is NOT a fake croc. I’ve had this specific flat iron twice and the nano croc skin once, there’s little to no difference in the products. Actually, the plates on the Avanti Ultra POWERED by croc, works better for me. Less fly aways. Don’t wrap the cord around the flat iron and don’t leave it plugged in - that’s why I’m on my third. Won’t buy anything else.

I’ve used this straightener in the past as a hairdresser and it’s still as good now as it was . Doesn’t damage the hair (as long as you use a thermal product) . I have fine blonde hair (treated) and love this product
