This is a wonderful product for bathing our dogs in our bathtub except for the hose length is way too short, which is the only reason I'm knocking it down to 4 stars. I was skeptical before, but thought I'll try since I have Amazon Prime and can return it if it doesn't work. But this works amazingly well!1. Fits easily to my faucet with a simple twist.2. Easy loading of dog shampoo3. The side button controls the water flow very well - single press allows the water spray through, press again to close the water flow. Good water pressure and consistent flow.4. Press the other side button to release a dole of dog shampoo that you pre loaded. Shampoo compartment is very secure, comes with a cap that can be used when storage to prevent leakage.5. Firm plastic bristles on the shower head that can be used to give a good massage to your dog.

5 star for customer service and willing to take product feedback to use as improvements on product. Once my issues were fixed, excellent working product, dog doesn't mind it at all, easy to get clean!

I had to purchase a longer hose to connect from the shower head. comes with a 4 ft hose. I purchased an 8 ft. In general worked very well. Made bath time more enjoyable for both of us.

Broke on first use.

shut-off leaks, have to shut the faucet off. comfort grip, takes some getting use to.
