Good quality, comfortable non slip Matt. 6mm depth works fine, my feet don’t slip at all and it’s works well. Lines on it help positioning for some yoga poses. Looks nice as well (orange and black one)

Yoga mat excellent, just what I needed to replace a mat which was well worn. Loved that your feet don’t slide and it’s just thick enough for knees to be comfortable, also it’s easy to lay flat. Good buy!

Arrived on time and used that same evening in a class. Was a little dubious as some reviews said it was slippery. Not sure that’s correct, I’m quite a heavy-set large guy and didn’t have any issues at all, grip was great, with no slipperiness at all. Only minor downside was because it’s quite grippy, rubbery, and a dark blue, it does attract dust, and marks a small amount, especially around where your feet are, but then that’s probably the case with all mats. Immediately after the class, 2 other guys came over to look at it, as were impressed by the look/feel of it, asking me where and how much it cost. Good mat and priced well for a quality yoga mat.

It's really good quality. Warms my feet as soon as I stand on it. No slip and very comfortable. I use the symmetrical design to position my feet, hands etc as needed. I'm really pleased with it.

This is a great match for Pilates. Nice colour and size. Only drawback is if you were kneeling for a long time it may hurt your knees. Quite a bit more in cost than some mats but I think the quality is good m. A carry strap at this price would be a good addition

But let’s be real: some days “intuitive” means my Warrior II looks more like a tipsy flamingo. That’s where this mat comes in—those straight little guides remind me, kindly but firmly, that maybe my back foot doesn’t belong halfway off the mat, thank you very much.What I love most is that it removes the guesswork when I’m 40 minutes into a class, sweat dripping, balance questionable, and flexibility about as forgiving as a concrete block. Instead of wobbling around and hoping for the best, I just glance down and—boom—feet where they belong, hands lined up, ego saved.In short: this mat is the yoga equivalent of bumpers in bowling. You can technically do it without them… but why would you, when life is so much smoother with a little built-in guidance?

The hands do slip like what other reviews noted.

Only used the mat once but a great improvement on the previous one that I had. light weight, non slip and comfortable.
