I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, colourfulness and how good at teaching sewing for beginners. My grandson aged 8 picked it up really quick and my 4 year old granddaughter did really well too. The only thing I would recommend is that it only comes with one plastic needle... so buy extra plastic needles if you want to take part in the activity with more than one child.Brilliant learning, relaxing fun. And the results are so lovely and colourful.

Bought for an eight year old with poor motor skills and was just about the right level. She could follow the instructions and produced some nice work that she was proud to have on display.Would probably suit a reasonably advanced 6 year old.

Have bought this for my daughter who has disabilities as it has easier products to use and it’s not as complicated as other products. Great price compared to larger toy stores, and was delivered on time

Bought for my daughters 5th birthday. Really good and she sat ages. Definitely for 5 and over I think, my 3 year old wanted to join in but it was too difficult

The kit was bought for my grandson. Unfortunately it came without the box and no instructions. Not really good enough.
