Excellent book; gathers cases from FERC, State Law, Federal Law, and it is easy to read. Great topic if you are interested

This book is pretty good, but a little too long sometimes. Some paragraphs can be summarized in 2 words and I hate the way they do the index.Other than that it's pretty good.

Very interesting book. Required reading for my energy Economicos class. Book was in great condition when received.
