Great tiny pump but has flaws
I've used this pump in a variety of applications for 1 gallon or smaller micro aquariums and for the most part it has performed well. It's got plenty of power and it moves a substantial amount of water so that was a huge benefit. I ran it on a cycle of 4-6 hours daily, a couple of times a week, making sure from the start to protect the impeller assembly from debris (this was used for filtration in my case so it wasn't a problem) after several weeks it eventually began making a lot of noise so I knew something was failing. After inspection I found that the shaft was rusty which likely caused the failure eventually. It was great while it lasted and had a remarkable amount of power but ultimately doesn't hold up in any long term situations even with proper care and maintenance.

My first time Soldering
I took a old charger that didn't work anymore and took off the piece that went into the phone. I connected red rk red and black to black, soldered, tapped and then covered the connection. It worked great!
