I cannot for the life of my hands and chopsticks and other spatulas cannot get the roll flipped rolled without it breaking in middle so ... this is saving me so much work!!! Perfect fitting my pan.

If you want to make a perfect tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) this spatula is going to get you there, especially in a dedicated tamagoyaki pan. But it's a nice turner in its own right. The handle length is short for some applications, but perfect for rolled omelets. It's highly heat resistant, flexible near the edges but firm in the handle and turner base, and functionally nonstick. It is the right tool for the right job.

Works well with my tamagoyaki pan and it’s dishwasher safe. I believe the middle of it is metal which makes it sturdy and hard, and the whole thing is covered in silicon where the edges are soft.
