Best hydration bladder I've used.
Excelent product. From the moment of purchase, I got an email with recommendations of use. That is added value everyone appreciates.Cleaning recommendations are very important for me. Actually, I had to buy this bladder because of improper cleaning of the other one I had.Quality looks very good. I used it this weekend and water flow is perfect. I would buy it again if necessary.Cap is quite big though. If they could do something to make it easier to make it all, mouth piece and cap smaller, without affecting the water flow, it will be even Better.

Top Notch Hydration bladder for great value
Have used this several times now and overall a really great bladder and so far 0 leaks. I followed the cleaning and first time use instructions thoroughly but i did still get a little bit of a plastic-y taste for probably the first 2 fills. Since then i have taken this on several miles of hiking and water taste fresh and great all day.

I am so happy to share this this product rocks. I used it for the 1st time this weekend, on a 10 mile hike, and the water tasted great, no leaks, was easy to store, and was so easy to use... I love this product!!!

Other than that it seems like a great bladder
The mouth piece fell off and disappeared after a few days' use. Other than that it seems like a great bladder. Not sure if it's possible to get a new mouth piece for it.

Product didn't last two weeks. Buy a bladder with a replaceable bite valve.
This is my first hydration bladder. I bought it for a two-week hike on the Appalachian Trail. It made it through still holding water...barely. Here are the pros/cons:+bladder and hose are durable (did not puncture, bite valve worked well)+cheapest option (>$10)These make this product a good choice for a quick jaunt in the woods. But they would not make it through a thru-hike or regular use. Here's why:-The bite valve cover did not last a week. The attaching plastic piece broke off easily, and from there it can not be easily re-attached. I had to keep it in my pocket the rest of the trip. Now it's gone.-I washed and followed the instructions using baking soda, vinegar and lemon juice to clean it before using. I even kept the vinegar in for two days. The water still had a plastic-y taste.-It leaked through the opening if compressed by other items in my bag. So instead of keeping the bladder in the hydration sleeve of my bag, I had to lay it on top of all my other items. However, this does seem to be an issue for hydration bladders in general...-Most importantly, the bite valve easily falls off. There is only a bumpy ring around the hose's attachment area holding it on. So it fell off while jogging on the trail (presumably brushed against my arm or a branch). It is a custom design which does not work with screw-on type bite valve replacements (found at Wal-mart and on Amazon) and the Camelbak style bite valve also looks different. Otiva does not even offer a replacement. So I don't think I want this bladder anymore. Now water will leak unless the hose is turned upwards, which is what I ended up having to do the rest of the trip. This is not a product meant for long use. You get what ya pay for. :)
