Q: is the inside of the handspray removable. I have hard water and i think particles are causing water droplets coming out of the sprayer when in use.

If you're talking about where the water comes out of the spout yes that unscrews so the aerator can be cleaned of particle build up. But we have also found build up from the hose the feeds the spray head. That too can be unscrewed to clean the screws. But we had to buy the new spray head because it's plastic and we cracked it when trying to unscrew. Hope that answers your question.

Q: I need one of these for my Ladylux Cafe 33755. Does this fit?

The cafe uses the 46173. This head will not work for the Cafe model.

Q: Do you have a replacment braided connecctor for this faucet?

I purchased a Grohe pull out spray replacement hose 46-092-000 and a new yellow Quick coupling 46-138-000 so as to avoid any leaves from incompatible parts. Worked great--no problems
