Now you can buy the IMPERIAL Dog Crate at the same Wholesale price that we charge retail Pet Stores across the USA. We use Closely Spaced, Heavy-Duty 6 and 9 gauge wire, one of the sturdiest dog crate wire available. The lower the gauge, the thicker and tougher the wire – other dog crates are made of 7 and 11 gauge wire. Plus, with our Durable welded steel construction make these dog crates very strong. But, all dogs must be crate trained or any dog crate can be damaged.

Not as good as Pet-Mate,but cheaper.
I thought these looked like a bargain compared to the Pet-Mate option. I have one Pet-mate at home so it was easy to compare. The finishing points on this cage are just not as good as the Pet-Mate brand. For example, many of the metal clips that function as clips/hinges are not well-clamped and can catch on things. The latches on the doors are just straight bars, not nice finished bent down slide bars that are turned to close. The door closures also have to be squeezed against the frame of the cage in order to make sure they slide in. I bought two and these comments apply to both. The free pad is foam pad covered in a thin (nylon?) cover, but unlike thick nylon, or neoprene, or rubber, is not resistant to tearing, so fairly quickly both have been ripped. This is not a big deal, but even the brand name sitcker is just a piece of paper/sticker that looks like it was printed on a desk-top printer and cut by hand. Finally the "feet" that come with the cages are just slip rubber tubing (abnout 1 1/2" each that slip over the wire and the bottom. I'm not sure they serve much purpose and pop off easily. I wasn't wowed by these in the end but to be fair, they serve their purpose. They are just rough-around the edges (literally) compared to Pet-Mate. I won't return these (they are huge, it wouldn't be practical) but next time I will spend a little extra and get another Pet-Mate.
