it let the smoke out!
Case arrived today, I was excited to open it up and get my stuff moved into the new rig. Upon opening it, it looked like this was an open box return, even though it was listed as new. It also smelled some kind of bad like wires. I looked over all the connections and made sure the ram and hdd was seated properly, then i took my usb with WIN OS on it and plugged it in. I hooked up my monitor and then connected the power wires. I turned on the main power button and immediately it started smoking and i mean ALOT! I reached over and yanked the power wire out the wall and made sure I wasnt on fire. This was defective right out the box, I dont know if it was the power supply or is the mobo, but something let the smoke out and this is a fire hazard. I went to Amazon and chatted with help, and this isn't available now, so I can't exchange for a new unit, I can simply return for a refund. I know components fail, I was really looking forward to getting my cards into an enclosed rig. Thank God I did not hook my gpu's up to it.

Not a paid review, but I think some other reviewers unknowledgeable about things
So i've tried several of these "cheap" mining rigs. This is not a paid review, I'm just happy with it.Keep in mind they say that these will ship with a couple different motherboards so your results may vary. If you can't verify everything I've done here before you try it you could damage your equipment. Follow my advice at your own risk. These rigs come with no instructions for the most part as they assume you're buying this as an experienced miner. If you're just starting I recommend a basic open air frameThis is my favorite one so far, and it comes with an ATX sized power supply. You can use another ATX power supply in this, I tied an evga 1600w titanium and it worked great, you just need to jump the 24v pin connector since the motherboard in this rig is only using PCIE connectors. I'm currently using the power supply that came with it.You really only need 4 PCIE power connectors to power all the PCIE slots. (PCIE slots take approx 75w, one pcie 6 pin power connector is rated at 180w) Then you can use the PCIE connectors to connect to the GPUs directly or you can attach additional PCIE power to the board and use the supplied Y-cables that connect from the motherboard to the GPU.I checked all the power ports on the motherboard via meter and found that the 4 that say "out" by GPU 1 can infact be used as power in as all of the PCIE 6 pin power connectors are directly connected in parallel.I installed windows on this and verified it will mine fine on windows as well as linux (obviuously)It's a great value for money to be honest and the adjustable fans are nice. They are server fans so they move a ton of air and they're loud. You wouldn't want this in your home most likely. The one negative I can see is that they include a 110v power cord and the power supply is 220v only. The cord you get with it will not work! You need a c13 - c14 power cord to use with a PDU or whatever you're plugging this thing into.

Bought 2 of these!
I bought 1 case then 2 weeks later ended up buying another one. So I have 2 cases total. The cases are great value for what your paying. They are sturdy, fans are good and comes with a ATX power supply. Although the power supply it came with is only for 240volt so I took it out and installed a EVGA 1600watt. This is not a traditional Motherboard so you have to use the tester and once you power on the power supply the case turns on(Not a big problem for me). I would definitely recommend these cases for the at home miner looking for an alternative to a open air rig but don't want to pay the huge amount for octominer. Another thing to note is that you don't have to hook up every single 6pin in slot to power the motherboard. I think only 4 are required but I did 6 just in case and it works well with 3 3080s, 2 3080tis, and 3 3070s in 1 case. The only issue I have with this is that the spacing between each card when you install bigger cards like I did is VERY SMALL. I had to stick my smaller cards in between the bigger cards to allow more space for air to get to the GPU fans. I also had to manually stick a screw or something small in between the GPU's to separate the GPUs more so air could get inbetween them. It works. lol. All said and done, this is a good buy for the at home miner who has only a few rigs or so. (Only reason I took off 1 star was because of the space between the GPUs when you install bigger cards. If you were installing 3070s and below, this would be perfect, but GDDR6x cards need lots of air)

Not complete - splitters needed no matter what
There doesn't appear to be enough cables to power the PCIE on the motherboard plus GPU, will need to use splitters in order to power both. Not accurate to item description
