I've been using this fighter diet protein for years now. All I could say it's the best protein out there. I've been trying a lots of protein in the market only this one give me all the good stuff , no added artificial ingredients. It's easy to digest and I can see the difference in my body. If your looking for a real stuff, look no more try it for yourself.

It is hard for a woman to find good protein powder that not too heavy on a stomach, have no artificial ingredients and does the job. There are so many on a market today and I think over years I have tried almost all better ones. Unfortunately none of them ever worked out. Most upset my stomach and some I can not drink on a regular bases, as they tasted artificial and unpleasant after a few weeks. Until I have found Pauline’s protein powder. I absolutely love it, it is my one and only “ go to” powder now. I am drinking it in the morning after the gym and it fills me up as a perfect and delicious breakfast. As woman on a go this is perfect for me, great time saver and money saver. I take it on trips as meal substitute when I have no healthy food choices around me, on conferences, workshops, long airport travels, vacation, you name it. I never get tired of the flavor ( I love vanilla). It is so mind. I mix it just with water, my husband love to drink it with almond milk, banana and some ice blended. I'm really surprised how sweet it turned out to be! Overall good protein, but the Vanilla taste is a little too sweet for my taste. But still great for cooking

Top of the line QUALITY product. For only 90 calories, Fighter Diets whey has a rich vanilla taste! It’s also very low in carbs and fats which many other brands are high on.I put a scoop of FD whey protein in my oatmeal with cinnamon and nutmeg. I also like to add it to my coffee for a latte and in yogurt! Like any other protein, you have to wait for your oats or coffee to cool off a bit before adding protein, If not it will curd.
