George Orwell's 1984: The Graphic Novel

Wonderfully pleased with this purchase. Love this novel and love the fact that there is a graphic novel version. Arrived as advertised and rapidly too.

Pornographic illustrations! This did not need to be included! I would have never purchased had I known! People need to be warned! NOT FOR CHILDREN!

Teen son, 16, needed to read 1984 for school but he's not a fan of any books, let alone a heavy text like 1984 (classic though it is).He spotted this on amazon and asked if he could get it. He never asks for books so naturally I snapped his hand off and ordered straight away.He said he really enjoyed it so hopefully it has helped with his understanding of the characters and themes. I'd recommend it thoroughly on that basis. It has helped him and maybe could open up a new way to get him reading more.

Novela gráfica, adaptación de la obra maestra de Orwell, la cual me ha gustado bastante. de hecho me ha gustado más que la de Fido Nesti, novela gráfica también, la cual está disponible en español. Ésta de Matyas Namai no está en español, sino en inglés, en blanco y negro y ocasionalmente el autor utiliza el rojo para resaltar el horror y el desasosiego. Me gusta. En pasta blanda, con un gramaje adecuado de papel e ilustraciones, perfectas. Ahora que se han liberado los derechos de autor de la novela, han surgido muchas ediciones y adaptaciones. Yo recomiendo ésta, y también en francés, la novela gráfica de Xavier Coste y la versión ilustrada por Scafati, editada por Libros del Zorro rojo.Espero que haya sido útil mi valoración
