IT works but I have the wax beads. And ...
IT works but I have the wax beads. And I put it on that setting and it don't get them hot enough. I have to turn it all the way in can in order to work

This wax warmer is a complete fail. It did not work on certain settings and it heated my wax too much. I will return this product.
