Good for my BP
I ordered forskolin to augment my BP medication. I read somewhere that it can help lower BP. I use it about half an hour before working out to prevent my BP going through the roof when my heart is pumping really fast. Its really helped me to stay longer on the treadmill. It does also help suppress appetite a bit, only after I had been taking it for a while. This is MY personal experience. Delivery was also very fast.
