Great for my purpose
Back in 2015 or so I purchased a [[ASIN:B001G4Z5J0 Pro Series 63153 Rambler Cargo Carrier Basket] and light kit to go with it. The light kit finally gave up the ghost and instead of getting a new one, I decided to use this tape and run it along the outside top and bottom frame rails on the cargo rack. The tape's 1/2" width fit great on the rack rails and I had enough to wrap all the way around the rack twice. And still some left over. Adhesion seems to be good and we will see how it holds up to use and weather. (DISCLAIMER: I keep the rack stored in a shed when not in use, so it will not be outside 24/7.)When applying the tape to both rails, I decided to offset the color pattern to (hopefully) draw more attention to the rack as it sticks out from the vehicle. My concern is less about when on the road and more about when parked in a lot and getting sideswiped or such. It is eye-catching in daylight and the reflective surface works well at night. Overall, I am pleased with this product and recommend it for similar use.

Overall Good Reflective Tape @ Good Price
I paid about $12 for a roll of 1 inch x 25 feet reflective tape. You will end up using it more than you realize so I ended up buying the larger roll since it was a better value. My primary use for the tape was to put it on my bike helmet. The tape alternates between red and white every 6 inches. The stickiness of the tape was fine for the bike helmet here in the North East. I put small strips all around the flatter parts of the helmet. If you tried to use a long continuous strip of tape around the curves of the helmet, you would get some "bubbling". I used 2 feet of tape on my helmet. I have not tried the tape on other surfaces yet.IMHO, I think the white is more reflective than the red but both colors are suitable for my purpose and will probably work for most scenarios. If you need industrial quality super sticky, super reflective, heavy duty plastic strips, the more expensive option are mailbox relectors. You can get 1.5 inch x 6 inch red strips at Home Depot (4 in a package) for about $5. Otherwise, this tape is a better value and suitable for most purposes.

Excellent visibility
Very satisfied. I've purchased this tape twice now. Provides that extra visibility when needed on dark roads.

My wife says this isn't reflective
I applied this to my bike hitch rack for some additional night time visibility. My wife was driving right behind me and I asked her if my reflective tape was reflective. She said, "What tape? We need to put some reflective tape on your hitch mount. I couldn't see it at all." I was very confused. This tape doesn't reflect light back at the light origin. It only reflects at certain angles. Beware of this. Also, the reflective sections are like little hexagons. They scrape off and are not too durable.I think the name brand 3M is better and have ordered some. Learned my lesson, don't go cheap on some things, or you will need to buy it twice.

Does not stick well on fabric.
I am aware that this tape is designed to be applied to vehicles, trailers, etc. I bought this reflective tape to put on my "gray cloth" car cover so that it would be more visible at night. Well, it just doesn't stick very well to cloth. I might try gluing this tape to the fabric. But, I really don't want to do that. Yes, it probably sticks very well to metal bumpers, etc. But, if you're wondering if it sticks to fabric, my answer is "no".

Shines bright in the light. Pleasantly surprised
Bought this tape to use as reflectors on my new bike. Works great. I was surprised that it has a back that you have to peal before sticking it to stuff. I enjoyed this because it meant that I wouldn't have to waste tape from dirt and dust getting onto the sticky side. When pealing it off, it does tear so you can't really re-use it. But thats okay because they give you a good amount to use. Great product I give it a good ole 9/10. Point off for re-usability.

High reflective and adds a good bit of visibility
Summary: This tape is easy to apply, very reflective, and seems durable. The contrasting red/white squares are great for getting attention at night. Highly recommend.Like a lot of people, I bought this to put on a bike, specifically, my kids' bikes. They are destroyers of reflectors. I'm not sure how they do it, but front reflectors don't last more than a month on their bikes before there's nothing but a sad little compression fitting with a broken off stem. Rear reflectors usually share the same fate a little later. So, with COVID, my kids are riding a lot more than they used to, and riding later. I went out one evening and realized they were practically invisible. I ordered this tape because I'm tired of buying reflectors.Does it work? Yes. I don't think it's quite as good as a reflector in part because I think reflectors just have a wider spread based on the physical limitation of tape. But that said, when even a little bit of light hit it square, it has a nice bright shine. I made sure that each stem on the bikes had red and white portions because I think the added contrast helps. Then I slapped a few pieces on the back of the helmets because the adding multiple points of reflect will help drivers identify where the bike is relative to them.As I was getting ready to put the tape up, I started to realize there were quite a few other applications I put it on. For example, I have a large four-bike bike rack that is all black. The problem is that when the rack is attached to my RV, it puts the rack basically at face height. Every time we park the RV, I have to remember to hang something colorful on the rack so I don't accidentally walk into it in the middle of the night if I have to walk around the back of the RV for something. So, I put two long applications of this tape on both sides of the arm and now it is much easier to see in even very low light.

Very reflective
I'm happy with this product. Yes, it's reflective. I'm not sure after seeing other reviews that says it's not. Maybe they don't understand how reflective tape works.

Average value
Ok for price. A couple of strips pealed off after a couple months but the remainder are holding.
