Our new pasta is made from premium quality wheat that is grown in the Murges area of Puglia, Italy. It is extruded through bronze dies, which gives it the perfect rough texture to better absorb sauce. You will also see its quality by noticing that unlike cheap pastas, the water remains clear as you cook it, and the pasta absorbs water and expands beautifully. It has a perfect texture as well as excellent flavor, even without sauce.
