Backwards! These are wired backwards!
Some less than intelligent person has these leads soldered on backwards. The red is the outer/ground with the black being center/positive.

Works well. I suggest you dry fit first before you put em together; End up working backwards 😂

Reverse polarity!
I wired this in to charge my battery and the moment I plugged the charger into it it gave a reverse polarity warning. I checked the wiring, red to red, black to black, all correct. The wired connected to the back of this piece are switched. The center is positive, mine has the black wire connected to the center pin. Now I have a whole pack of these for projects that I need to remember to switch the wiring to make them work.

They have wires crossed
The wires are crossed on theses. Red should be the hot leg and the black should be the ground leg but the package I received has the wire the opposite the black is the hot leg and the red is the ground leg. They work fine just make sure you wire them correctly for power and ground.
