Pads that come with sports bras or swimsuits are terrible, they have no structure, and they get lumpy and creased. It's not dramatic, but I replaced the removable cups in a few of my bralettes and swimsuits with these and it's just a nice added boost.

There's no stitching at the borders, quality is fine but they damaged the product abit!!

I bought these to replace the worn out pads in some sports bras. They are nicely made and comfortable with just the right amount of support. They don't lose their shape after washing. I would buy them again.
