Like the previous review, I bought this at the dollar store. For someone who used to shun herbal or natural supplements, I must say I am impressed. I'm going on 44 years old and for the past couple of years, I've been feeling foggy upstairs. Searching for words, forgetting what I was talking about, forgetting everyday things. Even reading a book was making me sleepy in the first few pages of a book. I also have been having a hard time feeling fully awake after being up and working for hours. I bought a jar of this on a whim at the dollar store but the 150mg size. I take it with meals. This stuff will sharpen you up. I feel a lot better. I've been taking this for about a month. I noticed a difference in a few days with being mentally sharper. I can read again, my eyes feel awake and I only want a half cup of joe in the morning and I'm much less forgetful. I feel like it took 20 years off my mind. I also started on the same brand of Ginseng and Fish Oil starting today. All three for a buck each. I'm amazed and a believer in this suff now. I thought it was quackery, quasi or purely placebo effect, but no, it works. Buy it and feel better.
