MOON OVER MUMBAI NL I46 Nail Polish Lacquer .5oz 1 Bottle "New"

This nail polish went bad after SIX months. It became extremely thin and wouldnt dry. Typically nail polish doesn't expire this quickly, and the opposite happens (it gets thick, not thin). I own several other OPI polishes, purchased before this one, that haven't gone bad yet, which means there was clearly something wrong with this bottle.

Always very chic. I wanted a little more blue but it is still nice
