Fantastic book on a modern day Leeds legend!
This is a terrific book on one of the most influential Leeds United head coaches of all time. Salim's insight on Marcelo, gained through a very close working relationship as his translator, really is the difference with this book over others written about the great man. If you're a Leeds fan you need this book!

Bielsa behind the scenes
This is a very interesting book about Bielsa's first season at Leeds United .It is written by his interpreter Salim Lamrani who although he enjoys the game hasn't got a football background he is an Academic. It shows the length Bielsa goes to in bringing his player to peak fitness and performance. It also includes some surprises such as how the staff formed a reading group to discuss literature and discussion as a bonding tool for the players. There is then a summary of the Season and how results affect the club. All in all anenjoyable and thought provoking read.

An rare insight into the world of Leeds United during the reign of Marcelo Bielsa
A great view to an outsider of the methods and processes used during the first season under Marcelo Bielsa at Leeds United. The book begins to outline the disciplines and respect that was expected for any club associate, and it shines a fascinating insight into the kind of man Salim is a person. Reading of his humbleness and values as a human, it makes you want to reach out to him and become a friend. What a truly honest person he is.A very good read and well-structured book. Well done!

Salim Lamrani shows great writing skill
Beautifully & sensitively written by Salim Lamrani. Makes you realise that he was far more influential than simply Bielsa's translator. We will never forget the Ibsbitch conference though!

Amazing! Couldn’t put it down.
What a fantastic book revisiting a rollercoaster of a season from the highs to the lows. A great inside insight into everything that happened during the 2018-19 season and then rounded off with being crowned victorious. A must read for any football fan whether your leeds through and through or not.

Boring book
The book is uninteresting and poorly written. There are occasional funny anecdotes or insight into Bielsa but it is mainly a bunch of bland facts. The author seems to think every football fan is miserable 100% of the time until 3pm on a Saturday
